When will my order ship out?

With the exception of holidays, Sweet and Petite Bows current processing time is 1-5 business days. Standard business days are Monday through Friday. 

 

I need my order ASAP, can you rush my order?

In MOST circumstances we are able to rush orders, please get in touch to make sure a rush order is possible. Any orders that are "rushed" without prior approval will be sent during the standard business operating time given above.

When will a certain bow be coming back in stock?

Sweet and Petite Bow's does their best to restock any bows that are sold out, however, some bows are not able to restock due to material shortage. 

 

Do I have to pay for my order up front?

Yes, as with most retail shops Sweet and Petite Bow's does require payment upfront.

 

I am local and would like to pick up my order, when/how can I do that?

Pick up days are Thursdays (with the exception of holidays) from 7AM-9PM. In the notes during the checkout process all you have to do is write "PICK UP".
